Every session is 60 minutes, fully planned before we start, and built around your movement assessment. Nothing is random. Nothing is guesswork. I am there correcting form, adjusting load, and pushing you in real time.
Before your first session, I run a full movement screen to find out exactly where your body is today — what's tight, what's weak, what's causing pain — so that every workout we do actually addresses what's holding you back.

The in-person session is where we work on the things that need direct coaching — movement quality, technique, and anything your assessment flagged. The remote sessions are where you build volume and consistency on your own schedule.
This is the most popular option for busy tech professionals who want the structure and accountability of a trainer, but need the flexibility to fit training around a demanding work schedule.
