Only 2 spots remaining for new clients this month
How do I get started?
The first step is booking a free 20-minute call. It's not a sales pitch — it's a conversation about what you need, what you've tried before, and whether this is the right fit for you.
If we're a match, we schedule your movement assessment. Your program is written after the assessment. You don't do any training until that step is complete.
Do I need any experience before starting?
No. A lot of clients come to me having never worked with a trainer before — or not having trained seriously in years. The movement assessment at the start is built for exactly this situation. It tells me where your body is today, not where a program assumes it should be.
You don't need to be fit to start training. You just need to show up.
What happens on the free call?
The free call is 20 minutes. Here's what we cover:
Your training history — what you've tried before and what happened
Any pain, injuries, or physical limitations you're dealing with
Your actual goals, stated honestly
Your schedule, location, and how you prefer to train
Which service makes the most sense for your situation
At the end I'll tell you clearly whether I think I can help you. If I'm not the right fit, I'll say that too.
How quickly can I get started after the free call?
If we're a fit and there's availability, we can typically schedule your movement assessment within the same week as the free call. Your program is delivered within 48 hours of the assessment completing. From first call to first training session is usually one to two weeks.
If my roster is full, I'll add you to the waitlist and let you know the expected timeline honestly.
Do you take clients who have never hired a trainer before?
Yes — and first-timers often get the most out of this process because they don't have habits to unlearn. If you've never worked with a trainer, I'll walk you through everything — how sessions are structured, how to use the training app, what to expect in the assessment.
Nothing is assumed. Everything gets explained.
Are spots actually limited?
Yes. I keep my client roster intentionally small — not as a marketing tactic, but because the work I do requires full attention. Writing personalized programs, reviewing weekly check-ins, adjusting plans based on how your body is responding — none of that is possible at scale.
When the roster is full, new clients go on a waitlist. I'll always be honest about availability on the free call.
Still Have Questions
The free call is the best place to ask anything that isn't covered here. 20 minutes, no charge, no commitment.
