How It Works
No guesswork. No generic plans. A process built around finding out what your body actually needs — before a single workout is written.
Step 01
A free 20-minute call. No pressure. We learn what you've tried before, what's worked, what hasn't, and what you actually want. Most trainers skip this step. I don't.
Step 02
Before your first session, I run a full movement assessment. This tells me exactly where your body is today — not where a generic program assumes it is. If something hurts or feels off, we find out why before we do anything else.
Step 03
Every workout is written for your body, your goals, and your schedule. Delivered through your personal training app so you always know what to do, why you're doing it, and how you're progressing.

A lot of people come to me after trying a gym membership, a group class, or a generic online program — and feeling like it just wasn't working.
Maybe they got hurt. Maybe they saw no results. Maybe they felt lost and nobody explained why they were doing what they were doing.
Before I write a single workout, I assess how your body moves. I look at where you have pain, tightness, or weakness. Then I build your program around what your body actually needs — not what a template says you should be doing.
I work with a small number of clients at a time on purpose. You always get my full attention — not a copy-paste plan.
What I Offer
1-on-1 Personal Training
Fully hands-on sessions at a Silicon Valley corporate fitness center, or at your home or apartment gym. Every session is planned around your movement assessment. I am there with you — correcting form, adjusting load, and pushing you in real time.
Best for: People who want accountability, direct coaching, and a trainer physically present every step of the way.
In-Person + App Training
One in-person session per week combined with remote sessions delivered through your training app. You get face-to-face coaching when it matters most, and a structured program to follow on your own — with me reviewing your progress throughout the week.
Best for: People who want regular in-person contact but need flexibility around a busy schedule.
Fully Remote Programming
Your workouts are written and delivered through a professional training app. You see your program, your sets, your reps, and my notes — all in one place. I review your check-ins and adjust your plan every week based on how your body is responding.
Best for: Busy schedules. Train at any gym, any time, with a real trainer reviewing your work behind the scenes.
Training starts at $350/month. Exact pricing is based on your goals, your schedule, and the right type of training for you.
